Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Unused, undamaged, and with all original tags.
  • Must include original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, start a return first. After the return is approved, you can place a new order.

Refunds

If approved:
